Imagine a Sunday evening where the only thing on your to do list is to breathe and watch the sky turn to gold.
As the weekend winds down, join us for a gentle mental reset.
Sunset Serenity is a guided group experience designed to help you disconnect from the noise of daily life. We use Silent Disco Headsets to provide a personal, immersive layer to your relaxation, helping you tune into the guidance and music while you enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. While they don't block out the world entirely (you might still hear the rustle of the trees or the evening birds!), they create a lovely private bubble that helps you stay present and focused on the journey without having to strain to hear.
What is the Experience?
This is a space to pause with gentle guided relaxation hypnotherapy, we aim to:
Quiet the "Mental Tabs": Create a dedicated hour where your only job is to be still and relax, something many of us don’t get time for!
Soothe the Nervous System: Help your body move from busy fight or flight mode into a state of rest.
Soft Launch your Monday: Shift your mindset from dread to a sense of quiet calm, most people feel super productive the next day too.
Is this for me?
Whether you are a busy professional looking for a system reboot, or a tired mum needing an hour of pure, unhurried peace, this session offers a safe, supportive space to soften the edges of your week.
🌤️ Weather & Location Policy
If we are blessed with nice weather then the sunset views from our site are AMAZING.
Nature is our favourite studio, but it can be unpredictable!
We have a guaranteed session policy so your Sunday plans stay secure:
Location: Park Farm, No Mans Lane, Risley, Derbyshire DE72 3ST – Conveniently located just 5 minutes off Junction 25 on the M1.
Timings: The session will last around an hour all in all.
What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, a cozy blanket or sleeping bag and a pillow so you can be completely comfortable.
As the sun dips, it can get chilly, so please dress in warm layers!
Group Size: Limited to 15 people for a calm, small group experience.
Weather Backup: If it’s looking a little too British (rain or high winds), we will move location 5 minutes away to: Stanton by Dale Village Hall, DE7 4QA.
You will receive a Location Update text 2 hours before we start, if we have to move location due to the weather.
Please note: There are no refunds if we move location due to bad weather.
